Ilan lang ito sa mga sakuna at delubyo na dati nang nanalanta sa bayan ni Juan. Nasa hinaharap maaari pang maulit. Walang makapagsasabi kung kailan, pero paano nga ba ito mapaghahandaan?
Advance nga raw mag-isip ang disaster prepper na si Dino Juan. Dahil sa karanasan niya bilang navy reserve at rescue volunteer, ngayon pa lang, naihanda na raw niya ang mga kakailanganin niya sa oras ng sakuna. Kabilang na rito ang supply ng pagkain, tubig, solar panel, radyo at medical kit. Samantalang si Maurie na isa rin disaster prepper, nagtayo pa ng tinatawag na bugout place o lugar kung saan siya tatakbo sakaling may mangyaring delubyo.
Dahil napakahalaga ng supply ng pagkain sa ganitong mga pagkakataon, ang Department of Science and Technology o DOST, nakalikha ng isang klase ng pagkain na masustansya at hindi madaling masira, ang tinatawag na Tropika na masusubukan mismo ni Susan Enriquez. Puwede pa nga raw ito gawing tsokolate, lumpia o arroz caldo.
Samantalang magtutungo naman si Cesar Apolinario sa isang komunidad ng mga Aeta sa Porac, Pampanga para alamin kung paano nga ba sila nakaligtas sa matinding pagsabog ng bulkang Pinatubo taong 1991. Mula sa paggawa ng apoy, panghuhuli ng salagubang at tambilok hanggang sa pagluluto ng mga ito, kayanin kaya ni Cesar?

Typhoon, earthquake and volcanic eruption. These are just some of the tragedies and calamities that once struck the country and there’s a possibility that it might occur again. No one can tell when will this transpire, how ready are we should this happen?
Dino Juan is a disaster prepper. Influenced by his background as former navy reserve and rescue volunteer, he is prepared should a disaster might happen. This includes the supply of food, water, solar panel, radio and medical kit. While Maurie who is also a disaster prepper, built his own bug out or a place where he can hide whenever a disaster happens.
Because of the importance of food supply in this situation, the Department of Science and Technology or DOST, created a kind of food that is nutritious and has longer shelf life. Susan will check out this food that they call Tropika, which can also be mixed with chocolate, lumpia and arrozcaldo.
Cesar Apolinario will immerse in the aeta community in Porac, Pampanga and hear the stories of the aetas as to how they were able to survive during the eruption of Mount Pinatubo in 1991. The aetas showed him survival ways from producing fire, to hunting their own food such as beetle and woodworm.
