JUAN GOES TO DA PROBINSIYA

Juan and his family take a much needed break from the city. 

With their house burning down on New Year’s eve, Nanay Siony’s worsening shopping addiction and Juan being picked on by Marie’s many suitors … the D. Magbangons decide to visit Nanay Siony’s hometown for some rest and relaxation.

When they reach the Damat ancestral bahay kubo, they indeed encounter relaxed relatives. It's noon yet no breakfast or lunch has been cooked as the Damats are still fast asleep!

Juan (played by Kapuso comedian Sef Cadayona) feels right at home with his lazy cousins and uncles and aunts.

But Tatay George (played by Roi Vinzon) is aghast.  He takes it upon himself to teach Juan the basics of simple living … chopping wood, fetching water and catching chickens … with hilarious results.

All is well until the neighborhood diwata Diw (with guest actress Kim Rodriguez) takes notice of Juan … and casts a magic spell on him!
