First adventure of 'Born to be Wild' for 2019, premieres this Sunday
January 6, 2019
A few months ago, pictures of dead dogs in the streets of a barangay in Biliran went viral online. Allegedly, these dogs were poisoned in an effort to eradicate stray dogs in the area. Based on CCTV footage and other eyewitness accounts, Doc Ferds and his team investigate what really happened to these dogs and helps conduct a more humane way to control the local pet population.
Meanwhile, Doc Nielsen explores the last frontier of Negros Island: the Northern Negros Natural Park which is considered by researchers as an open laboratory because of its rich biodiversity. From dusk until dawn, the team documents the wildlife in the area. Here, they unexpectedly encounter a pit viper which results in an immediate operation.
