It’s the season when crystal clear waters beckon! Doc Ferds Recio and Doc Nielsen Donato visit pristine Palawan and Antique’s Bugang River to meet the local wildlife.
It’s not a pig. It’s not a bear. But it’s one of the cutest endemic species found in Palawan. Visitors beware – this animal gives off a powerful odor to repel its predators! Doc Nielsen Donato meets the Palawan stink badger known locally as “pantot”.
In Antique’s beautiful Bugang River, Doc Ferds Recio encounters Asian turtles that thrive along the riverbanks. Doc Ferds also visits a conservation community where wild birds are being cared for as they get ready to be released back into the wild.
