In Zambales, Doc Ferds Recio meets the indigenous people that spearhead the local ecotourism industry.  Apart from the natural landscape and pristine beaches of Zambales, the place has also been called a center of “herpetofauna endemism”, housing a large number of reptiles including snakes. Doc Ferds gets to know these species better as he begins a snake survey with the local tribe.

Doc Nielsen Donato sets out on another adventure to document a secluded island in Masbate: the Minalayo Seasnake Island. Living up to its name, Minalayo Seasnake Island is inhabited by clumps of yellow-lipped sea kraits (walo-walo), a species believed to be one of the most venomous in the world.  The team, together with an expert from the Research Institute for Tropical Medicine, primarily aims to extract this species' venom to help create anti-venin for this sea krait.  As Doc Nielsen explores this sea-snake sanctuary, its diversity and mystery slowly unfold as clouds of bats and other species turn up.
