Do you dream of living in Europe and bringing your family along? For a minimum investment of €250,000, Filipinos can make Greece their new home and own a property there will enjoying the company of their family.

Thanks to the Golden Visa program, also known as the Residency by Investment Program, Filipino families now have a pathway to Europe. The program allows Filipinos to obtain a residency permit in Greece, with the added benefit of including children below 21 years old and parents of any age.

Vicky Luis, president of Golden Visa Centrale, said the program is an opportunity to grant children and parents access to quality education and healthcare.

With an initial investment of €250,000, the program offers Filipinos an opportunity to invest in the vibrant city of Patra, the third-largest in Greece and a thriving university hub located on the Pelopponese peninsula.

The investment comes with a host of compelling benefits, including a five-year permanent residence visa, the possibility of reunification for up to three generations of family members, the convenience of remote application, visa-free travel within Schengen countries, and one of the fastest processing times with and no stay requirement.

With a residency permit in Greece, families can benefit from free education and healthcare, making it an ideal location for their children's studies.

By obtaining a Golden Visa, the holder also gains visa-free access to 27 European countries.

"You have the right to live in Greece, enjoy visa-free travel, and have access to Greek public healthcare, which I think are important in education, and the processing time is one of the fastest," said Luis.

While details regarding permission to work in Greece are still being finalized, owning a business in the country is allowed.

Although pathways like the Golden Visa program exist in Portugal and Spain, Greece is currently one of the countries actively developing properties for those seeking the Golden Visa.
