Filipino woman arrested for allegedly shooting Las Vegas pastor

NEW YORK — A 36-year-old Filipino woman has been arrested in North Las Vegas, Nevada, after allegedly shooting a pastor in front of his wife and two children during a dispute.

The victim, Nick Davi, a 46-year-old pastor at Grace Point Church in Las Vegas, succumbed to injuries at the hospital. His wife sustained non-life-threatening injuries.

The North Las Vegas Police stated that there was a dispute between the victim and the suspect that escalated into the shooting.

Ty Neal, another pastor from Grace Point Church, told the congregation in a YouTube video that the suspect had been terrorizing the pastor's family for a long time.

Authorities are conducting a thorough investigation to determine the real motive behind the shooting.

The suspect is now facing charges of murder, attempted murder, discharge of firearms, and two counts of child abuse. She is currently detained at the Clark County Detention Center.
