Harvey Weinstein caught on record harassing Fil-Italian model Ambra Gutierrez

The New Yorker on Tuesday released more damning evidence against Harvey Weinsten, the Hollywood mogul now facing multiple accusations of sexual harassment and rape.

Included in the article by Ronan Farrow is a recording from a 2015 sting operation by the New York Police Department in which Weinstein can be heard coercing Filipino-Italian model Ambra Battilana Gutierrez to join him in his hotel room.

At the time, Gutierrez was 22 years old, the powerful movie producer 63.

Weinstein is heard telling GutIerrez, "I'm telling you right now, get in here." When asked why, Weinstein tells the young model that he will take a shower while she sits nearby with a drink.

"You must come here now," Weinstein tells Gutierrez sternly. The model repeatedly refuses and Weinstein manipulates the situation by telling her that her behavior is embarrassing him.

Gutierrez is heard saying that she did not like their previous interaction. It is revealed later in the recording that Weinstein touched her breasts.

"I'm used to that," Weinstein is heard saying after swearing on his children that he would not do anything to Guiterrez.

Gutierrez continues to refuse and Weinstein then threatens her: "Don't ruin your friendship with me."

Kyle Munzenrieder for the W Magazine wrote a follow-up story, detailing the humiliation Gutierrez suffered when her story first came out in March 2015.

The Daily Mail called Gutierrez a "grope beauty" and speculated that the was fabricating the story to land a role in a movie. The Mail and another tabloid, The New York Post, additionally focused on Gutierrez's bikini photos.

In the New Yorker article, Farrow additionally detailed the accounts of rape told by Lucia Evans, actress Asia Argento, and an unnamed woman.

Evans, who once aspired to be an actor, revealed that Weinstein forced her to perform oral sex on him.

“I said, over and over, ‘I don’t want to do this, stop, don’t,’” Evans told Farrow. “I tried to get away, but maybe I didn’t try hard enough. I didn’t want to kick him or fight him.”

Ashley Judd, Gwyneth Paltrow, Angelina Jolie, Rosanna Arquette, Mira Sorvino, and Rose McGowan came forward with stories of harassment by Weinstein this week.

Weinstein has been ousted from his company and his wife Georgina Chapman announced on Tuesday that she is leaving him. A number of actors who previously worked with Weinstein have expressed their condemnation for his "inexcusable" and "unforgivable" behavior. — Aya Tantiangco/BM, GMA News
