Mga espesyal na putahe ng Pangasinan, ihahain sa 'Pinas Sarap'

Kapag isda ang pag-uusapan, bangus ang nangunguna sa listahan sa Pangasinan. Dahil sa dami ng bangus sa Pangasinan, tinagurian itong Bangus Capital of the Philippines! Kaya naman hindi na nakapagtatakang ang mga nagsasarapan nilang pagkain, bangus ang pangunahing sangkap gaya ng puto bangus tinapa sandwich, Bangus Pie at Bacon rolled bangus with banana filling.

Bibisitahin din ni Kara ang isa sa pinakamalaking pagawaan ng asin sa Pilipinas para alamin at subukang gumawa ng asin. Hindi rin natin palalagpasin ang ilang trademark dish ng Pangasinan ---ang bagoong padas, kaleskes, pigar-pigar at alaminos longganisa!

When it comes to fish, bangus or milkfish is the pride of Pangasinan. The province is even known as the Bangus Capital of the Philippines because of the vast number of bangus that is grown here. This is why they have various yummy bangus dishes like bangus tinapa sandwich, bangus Pie and Bacon rolled bangus with banana filling.
Kara also visited the largest maker of salt in the Philippines to learn how it is made. We will also show the trademark dishes of Pangasinan like bagoong padas, kaleskes, pigar-pigar and alaminos longanisa.
