Directions Slather peanut butter generously all over the bread. Add thin slices of cucumber, carrots, cheese, and apple on the bread. Roll the bread and cut into bite-sized pieces.

Directions In a saucepan, heat butter, honey, and peanut butter. Transfer the mixture into a bowl. Add the oatmeal, cereal, and dried mangoes. Using an ice cream scooper, form the mixture into little bowls and garnish with more dried mangoes. If you want it crunchier, just let it cool in the fridge overnight.
