This Halloween, "Biyahe ni Drew" treats viewers to a place that will surely give the chills. We are talking about none other than the Summer Capital of the Philippines — Baguio!
Located in the Cordilleras in Northern Luzon, Baguio is a popular destination for local and international tourists because of the cool climate, panoramic views, and relaxing atmosphere that only the mountains can offer.

Teachers' Camp

For a place that is already 106 years old, stories of wonder and mystery in Teachers' Camp are no surprise. But that should not stop you from booking your stay, Biyaheros! The spacious and pine-filled environment will make your stay worth it.
Teachers' Camp is a perfect bet for those traveling in big groups. After all, the place was originally designed to hold big seminars and trainings for teachers.

Transient homes
All over Baguio City
Search Google and you will find so much transient houses being rented all over Baguio City. If you are traveling with your family, transient homes may be your best bet! You will not only have an entire house at your disposal, some even offer rents for a very cheap price! You will definitely have more money to spend on souvenirs and pasalubongs.
For as low as P1,000 per night, your group will have an entire place that is complete from beds to stoves!

Mines View Park
Gibraltar Road, Baguio City
One of the popular tourist places in Baguio is the Mines View Park. There are view decks overlooking the mountains which will show you the gold and copper mines of Benguet. While walking around the park, you will also find different stalls that sell food and other local items.
Another thing that welcomed Drew and the crew are horses with pink hair! Perfect for photo ops, Biyaheros!

Burnham Park
Harrison Road/Kisad Road/Governor Pack/Magsaysay Road, Baguio City
Located at the heart of the city, Burnham Park would ring a bell to many because of the activities that families and groups can do here.
The 32-hectare park, named after Daniel Hudson Burnham, an architect who planned the city, also houses a man-made lake in the middle of the park! There are boats with different designs that you can rent. You can pick the swan-designed boats if you have children coming along during your visit!
For those that prefer land activities, bicycle rentals are also being offered. Burnham Park also has picnic tables that are perfect for group meals.

Baguio Night Market in Harrison Road
Harrison Road, Baguio City
When 9 o'clock strikes, the longest line of ukay-ukay stalls pops up in Harrison road! If you are going to visit Baguio, a visit to the night market is a must.
Do not underestimate second-hand items, Biyaheros! All it takes is your keen eye for great pieces. Also, do not forget to practice your haggling skills!

Camp John Hay
Loakan Road, Baguio City
Camp John Hay used to be a rest and recreation place for American soldiers. Now, it is a go-to place for Baguio visitors. Aside from the great views, it also offers extreme activities!
Try the zip line that Tree Top Adventure offers! No matter how many times Drew has tried zip lines in past travels, going for one in Baguio became special because of the cold breeze! You may also try the 'silver surfer' — a giant swing that will make your heart pound!

Baguio Eco Park, Inc.
Barangay Badiwan, Tuba, Benguet
Are you in for some time traveling, Biyaheros? Baguio Eco Park will take you back to biblical times in Holy Land and back to the land before time in Dinosaurs Island!
Holy Land has recreated several sceneries like the Garden of Eden, the Pyramids in Egypt, and The Way of the Cross. On the other hand, Dinosaurs Island has huge dinosaurs that you can interact with, thanks to the power of Animatronics technology.

While most tourists go to Baguio for the chilly weather, Baguio locals sometimes look for activities that will keep them warm.
Just 30 minutes away from the city proper, one could already have a dip in one of the hot springs in Barangay Asin.
