'Ang Pinaka' Yummy Restaurants in Bohol

Payag Restaurant/Jo’s Chicken Inatio

 


Payag, in Bisaya, means kubo. The restaurant is named such because it started out as a nipa hut housing only 12 tables. Payag Restaurant’s chicken inato (P121), however, was so in demand that the owners relocated to a bigger space.

Aside from their chicken inato, crowd favorites from Payag Restaurant include their binakhaw, or kilawin (P98); sizzling pork sisig (P135); pinakbet (P95); and chicken chicharon, or fried chicken skin (P80).
