The LSIs are allowed to disembark at the port of Iloilo because Cebu City temporarily banned the entry of the LSIs as enhanced community quarantine is being enforced in the area.

Meanwhile, a total of 2,508 boxes of PPEs and medical supplies will be delivered to the Office of Civil Defense in Cebu. These will be used by frontliners in the region.

The vessel is expected to arrive at the Iloilo port in the afternoon of June 23, Tuesday, the Navy said. — Anna Felicia Bajo/RSJ, GMA News
