‘Parang shooting,’ Bong Go describes Barretto sisters feud at father's wake
Like a scene straight out of a movie.
This was how Senator Bong Go described the confrontation between sisters Gretchen and Marjorie Barretto at the wake of their father, Miguel, on Thursday.
With Go was President Rodrigo Duterte, a friend of the Barretto family, who went to the wake to pay their last respects.
Go told reporters in an interview in Novaliches, Quezon City Friday at the launch of a Malasakit Center, the senator's pet project which targets to provide social services to the public.
Unfortunately, may away ang pamilya," he added.

According to Go, Duterte tried to mediate between the sisters to fix their relationship.
Gretchen and Marjorie reportedly have a long-standing feud over various issues. Another Barretto sibling, Claudine, appears to take the side of older sister, Gretchen.
