Passport of Atio Castillo hazing case suspect who allegedly fled to Taiwan

One of the suspects in the fatal hazing of University of Santo Tomas law student Horacio Castillo III has reportedly fled to Taiwan.

PNP chief Director General Ronald Dela Rosa said on Thursday that the authorities would ask for the cancellation of Ralph Caballes Trangia's passport, which is shown here.

“Ipapa-cancel namin ‘yung kanyang passport para magiging undocumented alien na siya doon sa Taiwan and Taiwan authorities will be forced to deliver him back to the Philippines,” Dela Rosa said. —NB, GMA News
