The two policemen have been charged with murder for the killing of Jaypee Bertes and his father, Renato, inside the police station last July 7.
They are also facing administrative charges for the killing of Bertes and his father.
Bertes' wife testified during the first day of the Senate hearing on Monday.
The widow accused the policemen of receiving bribe money from her late husband for his previous crimes.
She said the policemen had no search warrant when they entered their house and arrested her husband.
One of the policemen allegedly threatened to kill her as they were forcing her to produce illegal drugs. —ALG, GMA News
