Several fire incidents reported in Metro Manila

A fire hit a residential area in Barangay Vasra in Quezon City before midnight on Monday, according to the report of Rod Vega for Super Radyo's DZBB.
The fire alarm, as of 1 a.m., is raised to Task Force Alpha.
The fire was declared under control about 1:30 a.m. At least 50 houses or 100 families were affected. There were no casualties reported.
Firefighters also responded to the fire that struck a residential area along Pasig Line in Sta. Ana Manila that has been raised to Task Force Bravo by 6 a.m.
The fire spread rapidly as the houses were mostly made of light materials.

In Pasig City, a woman died when a dress shop was gutted 20 minutes after midnight and was put off after almost an hour.

The shop is located in Barangay San Antonio in Pasig City. The victim has been identified as Helen Rugas.
Bureau of Fire Protection officials said Rugas may have been trapped inside the shop when the fire started.
In Quezon City, meanwhile, a fire hit a bodega of a house located in Barangay Quirino 2-C early Tuesday morning.
