Garbage from Manila Bay wash up onto Baywalk due to heavy rains
Trash from Manila Bay washed up onto the Baywalk on Roxas Boulevard on Monday morning after rains from the Southwest Monsoon (Habagat) poured overnight over Metro Manila, according to a report by Jonathan Andal on GMA News' Unang Balita.

Personnel of the Manila city government's Department of Public Services were at Manila Bay early morning to collect the trash being washed up by the waves.

Classes in preschool to senior high school in public and private schools in Manila on Monday have already been canceled due to the bad weather.
