Isuzu PH launches new 'D-MAX'


Isuzu Philippines Corporation has unveiled the 2024 D-MAX

Isuzu Philippines Corporation (IPC) has unveiled the 2024 D-MAX which now features Differential Lock system and a new Rough Terrain Mode for both its lifestyle and workhorse variants. 

The D-MAX is equipped with the new 4JJ3 3-liter diesel engine that is capable to produce maximum 190PS of Power and 450 Newton meters of Maximum Torque. It is also has a wading capacity of 800 mm.

"The D-MAX's lightweight body belies improvements in occupant protection, noise and vibration, as well as in overall stability. It is engineered for easy maintenance with rock-solid rust protection and multiple maintenance-free components," said Isuzu about its latest model.

 

 

It added that the Differential Lock "ensures equal power distribution to both wheels, enhancing off-road performance and stability for easily overcoming challenging terrains."

The new D-MAX also has a cutting-edge system utilizing multiple strategically placed cameras for its "360 Around View Monitor" which significantly reduces blind spots and enhances safety during navigation.

The lifestyle variant boasts a new sporty and futuristic exterior with a new 3-Dimension Front Grille with a gun-metal and black chrome finish, accentuated by its new LED headlamps.

This is complemented by a new Cargo Sail bed accessory, 18-inch All-Terrain Alloy Wheels with a Matte Dark Gray Metallic finish, and at the back, a new Triple-wing LED rear combination lamp

The interior of the D-MAX also has a sophisticated appeal with its new “Miura” design.

 

 

For safety, the new model from Isuzu is equipped with an Advanced Driver Assist System (ADAS).

“Over the years, we have continuously introduced numerous advancements to the D-MAX, all the while ensuring that it remains true to its core values, whilst evolving to meet the needs and desires of our customers. This latest evolutionis the product of listening to the feedback of our customers and dealers, integrating their insights into the design and functionality of this new model,” said IPC President Tetsuya Fujita. 

The new 2024 Isuzu D-MAX comes in its banner color Namibu Orange and new Biarritz Blue color that is only available to its high-end LS-E variant, other body color includes Onyx Black, Islay Gray, Satin Pearl White, and Splash White.
