Nissan car dealership to rise in Aseana City

D.M. Wenceslao & Associates Inc. (DMW) on Monday said a Nissan car dealership is about to rise in a 2,500-square-meter land at Aseana City in Parañaque.

The Nissan car dealership will be put up through its 50%-owned joint venture Bay Resources and Development Corp. (BRADCO), according to DMW.

“Our goal is to help Nissan realize its strategy by making Aseana City’s modern and lively environment, global infrastructure standards and strategic location a seamless part of their distribution network,” said DMW chief executive officer Delfin Angelo Wenceslao.

DMW is the master planner of Aseana City, home to six of its seven investment properties—Aseana One, Aseana Two, Aseana Powerstation Building, Aseana Town Center, Aseana Square, and S&R.

DMW’s principal business activities are land sales and leasing; leasing and management of commercial investment properties; real estate development; and land reclamation and construction.

Under the agreement, the Nissan dealership will be constructed in a 2,500-sqm parcel of land. It will be completed in 2021. The lease period is 10 years, with an option to extend for five years.

“We carry out an interim land use strategy with respect to certain land areas not slated for development in the next five to 10 years,” Wenceslao noted.

“We intend to make such land available for lease for a variety of purposes. We believe such a strategy will help increase the brand awareness of Aseana City, and also add another income source to our group,” he said.
