Easterlies affecting the eastern PHL — PAGASA

Metro Manila and the rest of the country will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms mostly over the eastern section, based on the forecast issued by the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA).

Light to moderate winds blowing from the east will prevail over Luzon and coming from the east to northeast over the rest of the country. The coastal waters throughout the archipelago will be slight to moderate. — BAP, GMA News
