GCash bank transfer, pay QR temporary unavailable on March 9, 2025

GCash's bank transfer and Pay QR via QRPH services are currently unavailable, G-Xchange Inc. said Sunday afternoon.

“We have received information from BancNet that incoming and outgoing Instapay transfers are encountering issues,” the mobile payments service's operator said in an updated social media post.

“While BancNet is working to resolve this issue, Bank Transfer and QRPH between GCash and other banks and partner merchants will be temporarily unavailable,” it added.

The statement did not say when services will be restored.

However, transfers within the GCash app and other financial services remain available, G-Xchange Inc. said.
