BPI app, website back online

Bank of the Philippine Islands’ (BPI) app and digital banking services are back online on Saturday, according to an advisory on its Facebook page.

“Access to all services on the BPI app and BPI online has been fully restored,” BPI said.

“You may now resume everyday banking transactions on our online and mobile banking channels. Thank you for your patience and understanding,” the Ayala-led bank said.

On Friday afternoon, BPI’s online banking and application were unavailable due to technical issues, which the bank had said it was fixing “as soon as possible." —VAL, GMA Integrated News
