Lance Gokongwei to step down as Robinsons Land president, CEO
Robinsons Land Corp. president and CEO Lance Gokongwei will step down effective February 1, 2025, according to a stock exchange disclosure.
Gokongwei will be replaced as president and CEO by Maria Socorro Isabelle V. Aragon-GoBio, who's also elected as a director of RLC.
Gokongwei will remain as the corporation's chairman.
Robina Gokongwei-Pe will also step down as a director of RLC on February 1.
"With over 30 years of experience, Ms. Aragon-GoBio brings deep industry expertise, strategic vision, and a forward-thinking approach to lead Robinsons Land into a new era of growth and innovation," RLC said on Facebook.
"Her focus on customer-centricity, operational excellence, agility, and sustainable development will further strengthen RLC's market leadership and create long-term value for stakeholders," it added.
RLC said GoBio was a homegrown leader who began her RLC journey in 1993, she has led key developments across logistics, residential, office, and mixed-use estates, driving growth and diversification through strategic vision and innovation.
