Cebu Pacific rolls out 6th run of Super Pass offering
Budget carrier Cebu Pacific on Thursday announced the sixth run of its Super Pass offering, which allows passengers to book domestic flights at one-way base fares of P99 without a fixed date and destination.
The carrier said 1 million Super Pass vouchers, which passengers may use 30 days before the flight's departure until seven days before the intended flight, will be available for one day on Thursday, November 28, 2024.
The vouchers will be available to MyCebuPacific members, and will be valid from December 6, 2024 to December 31, 2025, for travel across Cebu Pacific and Cebgo domestic destinations.
The company in October signed a P1.75-billion deal to fully acquire boutique airline operator AirSWIFT Transport Inc. from ALI Capital Corp., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Ayala Land Inc., which operates flights to and from El Nido, Palawan.
It also earlier signed a P1.4-trillion aircraft purchase deal for a landmark purchase of 152 aircraft, covering 102 Airbus A321neo and 50 A320 Family, which will be powered by Pratt & Whitney GTF engines.
The company in May said it expects to close the year with 95 aircraft, which will boost its full-year 2024 seat capacity by 12% to 15% compared with 2023. —Jon Viktor D. Cabuenas/KBK, GMA Integrated News
