GCash: BancNet resolved InstaPay bank transfer issue

Inter-bank network BancNet has resolved the problem that affected bank transfers to e-wallet GCash on Friday.

In a Facebook post on early Friday night, GCash said BancNet has already resolved the Instapay Bank Transfer issue. 

"To affected customers, transfers to receiving GCash accounts will be reflected within 24-48 hours," GCash said.

"Instapay Bank Transfer service to GCash is now available," it added.

GCash on Friday afternoon issued an advisory about the issue, saying BancNet was working to restore the service as soon as possible.

"If your bank account was debited, kindly expect your money to be credited to your GCash wallet within 24 to 48 hours," it said. —Jiselle Anne C. Casucian/NB, GMA Integrated News
