Cebu Pacific sees nearly 1M passengers for Undas

Gokongwei-led budget carrier Cebu Pacific is expecting a surge in passengers to book its flights for the upcoming commemoration of All Souls’ Day and All Saints’ Day.

"Cebu Pacific is projecting nearly 1 million passengers who are flying with 5J for Undas peak travel period,” the airline company said in a statement.

“With the addition of new routes and enhanced capacity, we expect a significant increase in passenger numbers this year. The most popular destinations are Cebu, Hong Kong, Iloilo, Davao, and Boracay,” the airline added.

Last month, Cebu Pacific kicked off the “ber” months with a P1 seat sale for the travel period November 1, 2024 to May 31, 2025, which would coincide with the upcoming holidays at the latter part of the year.

Also,last week, the airline launched another round of P1 seat sale for flights from June 1, 2025 until September 30, 2025.

“At the same time, CEB sees improved performance for this year's Christmas and New Year holidays, supported by increased capacity from the recently added routes,” Cebu Pacific said.

“The most popular destinations include Cebu, Hong Kong, Iloilo, Davao, and Boracay,” it added. — BAP, GMA Integrated News
