AirAsia announces 20% off promo

Budget carrier AirAsia is offering a 20% off promotion for local and international flight fares, covering trips until May 2025.

In an advisory, AirAsia said the promotional fares will cover more than 3.9 million seats include flights from Manila, Cebu, and Clark to Nagoya, Seoul, Hong Kong, Taipei, Kaohsiung, Kalibo, Puerto Princesa, Davao, and Bohol through the AirAsia MOVE app.

This will be available for booking until October 13, 2024, with a travel period from October 21, 2024 to May 31, 2025.

AirAsia said it flew over 5 million guests from January to August 2024, majority or 85% of whom were booked via double-digit, piso sale, and other low-fare promotions.

The carrier said it is looking to close 2024 with over 8 million guests flown, serving 165 domestic and 71 international weekly flights. — Jon Viktor D. Cabuenas/BM, GMA Integrated News
