Maynilad announces water interruption in portions of QC

Maynilad customers in some parts of Quezon City will experience water interruptions on September 9 and 10 for maintenance activities.

In an advisory, the water service interruption is scheduled from 8 p.m. on September 9 (Monday) to 12:00 p.m. on September 10 (Tuesday).

“This is to allow for the valve insertion at the primary line along General Avenue, Project 8, Quezon City,” Maynilad said.

The following are the affected areas in Quezon City:

• Apolonio Samson
• Baesa
• Bahay Toro
• Balong Bato
• Bungad
• Damayan
• Del Monte
• Katipunan
• Mariblo
• Paltok
• Paraiso
• San Antonio
• Sangandaan
• Tandang Sora
• Unang Sigaw
• Veteran’s Village

“We apologize for the inconvenience. This activity is in line with our effort to continuously improve water services,” Maynilad said.

In a separate advisory, Maynilad said Sauyo, Gulod, Sta. Monica, and Sto. Domingo will also experience water interruption from Monday evening until Tuesday morning due to maintenance activities.

Maynilad also announced that San Dionisio, Parañaque City Manuyo Dos, Las Piña City will experience water interruptions from 10 p.m. on Monday to 8 a.m. on Tuesday due to decommissioning.
