Businessman Kevin Wong forays into real estate

Businessman Kevin Wong is diversifying into real estate with his Height Realty Inc. breaking ground for a new exclusive gated residential development in the south of Metro Manila.

In a news release, Height Realty—a new player in the property space—said Wong, its president and CEO, along with Las Piñas City Councilors Mark Anthony Santos and Henry Medina, Vice Mayor April Aguilar-Nery, General Counsel Elpidio Soriano III, and Project Director Bernard Asperin led the ceremonial lowering of the time capsule for the Southlinks Residences.

Height Realty said the groundbreaking “signifies the start of construction for the exclusive gated residential enclave, which is set to redefine premium living in South Metro.”

“Built by internationally renowned builders and designers, Southlinks Estate will seamlessly integrate modern sophistication with the natural beauty of its surroundings, offering residents an unparalleled blend of elegance and tranquility,” it said.

Wong’s Height Realty has also recently secured a credit facility from Philippine Bank of Communications (PBCom) to help bankroll its residential development project in the south. — Ted Cordero/BM, GMA Integrated News
