DMCI Homes-Marubeni joint venture sales hit P4 billion
The sales booked by the joint venture of DMCI Homes and Marubeni Corp., The Valeron Tower, hit P4 billion six months after its launch in January.
In a news release, DMCI Homes said 343 or 29% of the 1,191 units launched have been sold.
The Valeron Tower's units, starting at P7.62 million, have attracted investors eager to secure an address within Pasig City's bustling Ortigas central business district (CBD), the company said.
The Valeron Tower project will feature residential units ranging from studio to three-bedroom configurations, with sizes from 32.5 to 91 square meters.
DMCI Homes said residents would benefit from its proximity to Pasig's business and retail hubs such as Arcovia City, Bridgetowne, SM Center Pasig, and Tiendesitas, all within walking distance. — DVM, GMA Integrated News
