Gasoline price rollback seen, diesel no change next week –Unioil

Pump prices of petroleum products are expected to have mixed movements in the coming week, Unioil Petroleum Philippines said Saturday.

In its fuel price forecast for the November 16 to 22 trading week, Unioil said the price per liter of gasoline would likely be rolled back by P0.90 to P1.00.

Meanwhile, diesel prices were not expected to change.

Oil companies usually announce price adjustments every Monday, to be implemented in the following day.

This week, effective November 9, 2021, gasoline prices decreased by P1.00 per liter while diesel was rolled back P0.60.

Year-to-date adjustments stand at a total net increase of P20.95 per liter for gasoline and P17.50 per liter for diesel, according to the latest data from the Department of Energy. — DVM, GMA News
