Dingdong PH launches ‘customizable, affordable’ delivery subscription plans

Tech solutions company Dingdong PH has launched a customizable delivery subscription program that allows clients to eliminate service fees that are charged in every transaction.

On Friday, Doorbell Technology Inc. president and CEO Dingdong Dantes shared details about his company’s Hatid Dingdong and Dingdong Directory Delivery programs.

“Hatid Dingdong is an enabling solution that offers premium delivery service to businesses, organizations and communities through a customizable subscription model that revolutionizes last-mile delivery,” he wrote on Instagram.

According to Dingdong PH, its last-mile logistics program Dingdong Directory Delivery offers two subscription models, namely the Premium package and the Elite package, that allows businesses to use a “flexible and more convenient points-based” delivery system and maximize their budget especially when they have bulk and pre-booked deliveries.

For the Dingdong Direct Delivery Premium package, partners, especially MSMEs and home-based businesses, can choose from three cost-friendly plans that best fit their number of deliveries per month.

Meanwhile, the Elite package allows businesses to modify their day-to-day and even month-on-month delivery requirements through an established credit system.

“We want to make things easier for our partners and make last-mile delivery accessible and more affordable to all businesses. With Dingdong Direct Delivery, our partner companies, organizations, or communities can now allocate and maximize their budget via our premium delivery service subscription that is highly customizable and with very affordable rates,” said Dantes.

Aside from assuring the public that its riders undergo comprehensive training, Dingdong PH said the riders practice strict sanitation and safety protocols during deliveries.

The company added it had an accident insurance program for its riders.
