DITO services available in 18 new areas

New major telco player DITO Telecommunity Corp. said Saturday it has further expanded its network coverage to 18 more areas across the country.

With the announced 18 additional areas, DITO has grown its network coverage from 15 pilot areas in March to 210.

In a statement, the third telco said its mobile network services is now commercially available in the following cities:

• Don Carlos, Bukidnon
• Manolo Fortich, Bukidnon
• Baungon, Bukidnon
• Libona, Bukidnon
• Impasug-ong, Bukidnon
• Maramag, Bukidnon
• City of Gingoog, Misamis Oriental
• Lugait, Misamis Oriental
• San Simon, Pampanga
• San Carlos City, Pangasinan
• Lingayen, Pangasinan
• Pura, Tarlac
• Agoncillo, Batangas
• San Nicolas, Batangas
• Lian, Batangas
• Calatagan, Batangas
• Tuy, Batangas
• Magallanes, Cavite

DITO also hit two million subscribers as of August 1. 

“New and existing subscribers can avail of DITO's 25GB of high-speed data for 30 days with unlimited texts to all networks, unlimited DITO-to-DITO calls, and 300 minutes of calls to other mobile networks for only P199,” it said.

Another promo available to DITO subscribers is the DITO99 offer with 10GB of data for 30 days for only P99, unlimited DITO-to-DITO calls, 300 minutes of calls to all mobile networks, and unlimited SMS to all networks. —Ted Cordero/LBG, GMA News
