By TED CORDERO, GMA News
After a series of hikes, pump prices of petroleum products are expected to go down in the coming week, Unioil Petroleum Philippines said Saturday.
In its fuel price forecast for the July 27 to August 2 trading week, Unioil said the price per liter of diesel may go down by P0.60.
Gasoline prices, meanwhile, are expected to roll back by P0.70 per liter.
Oil companies usually announce pump price adjustments every Monday, to be implemented on the next day.
Effective July 20, fuel firms implemented a price increase of P0.05 to P0.10 per liter for gasoline and P0.30 per liter for diesel.
Year-to-date adjustments stand at a total net increase of P13.60 per liter for gasoline and P10.90 per liter for diesel. — DVM, GMA News
