Globe Business rolls out digital system to automate hospital processes
Globe Business has rolled out a modular and digital system to enable hospitals to automate processes, amid the boost in digitization efforts brought about by the COVID-19 pandemic.
In an emailed statement, Globe Business said its digital system will automate the administrative, financial, and logistical processes through a secured platform.
"These digital solutions allow hospitals to manage their resources better, so hospital staff can focus on providing efficient and quality healthcare to patients at a much lower cost," said Globe Business Industry Marketing Head for Healthcare Manelle Cousart-Sayat.
Globe Business said it has also partnered with the Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) through the GMB TechLoans Loan Program, to allow hospitals to avail of an exclusive term loan facility to purchase ICT Solutions.
The loan program aims to help hospitals adapt to the changes through quality infrastructure with interest rates less than the industry average.
Earlier this month, Presidential Adviser for Entrepreneurship Jose Ma. "Joey" Concepcion III recommended a fast track of the digitalization of vaccination cards, for easier access to establishments and domestic and foreign travel.
The Philippines on Thursday reported 6,043 new confirmed cases of COVID-19, bringing the total to 1,378,260. This includes 51,410 active cases; 1,302,814 recoveries; and 24,036 deaths.—AOL, GMA News
