Business leader Andrew Gotianun Jr. passes way at 69

Business leader Andrew 'Bibot' Gotianun Jr. of the Filinvest conglomerate passed away on Friday morning. He was 69 years old.

Bibot was the vice chairman of Filinvest Land Inc. and director of Filinvest Development Corporation.

“It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Andrew ‘Bibot’ Gotianun Jr. earlier today, surrounded by his loved ones, after a short bout with a non-Covid malignant illness,” the Gotianun family said in a statement.

Bibot, according to the Gotianun family, was instrumental in growing the Filinvest group into the multi-faceted corporation it is today and was a leader in the real estate field.

The Gotianun family said it will appreciate privacy at this time.
