Maynilad customers to have water service interruption Nov. 28-Dec. 2

Some customers of Maynilad Water Services will have water service interruptions from Nov. 28 to Dec. 2, 2020.

This is due to the urgent maintenance work needed to be done at the Putatan Water Treatment Plant 2 in Muntinlupa City.

“Kinakailangan naming i-shutdown nang pansamantala ang among Putatan Water Treatment Plant 2 sa Muntinlupa,” the company said in a post on Twitter.

“Ito ay magbibigay-daan sa urgent maintenance works na dapat isagawa agad para maibalik sa normal ang water production ng nasabing pasilidad na lubhang naapektuhan ng prolonged high turbidity sa tubig ng Laguna Lake,” it added.

The water service interruption will affect customers in the cities of Las Pinas, Muntinlupa, Paranaque, Pasay in Metro Manila, as well as Bacoor and Imus in Cavite.
