Gasoline, diesel, kerosene prices down by at least P2 per liter Tuesday
Pump prices of petroleum products will be rolled back by at least P2.00 per liter this week, marking the fourth consecutive week of price cuts.
In separate advisories, Chevron Philippines Inc. (Caltex), Flying V, Petron Corp., Pilipinas Shell Petroleum Corp., and SEAOIL Philippines Inc. said they will reduce prices per liter of gasoline by P3.50, diesel by P2.00, and kerosene by P3.50.
Cleanfuel and Petro Gazz will implement the same changes, excluding kerosene which it does not carry.
The changes took effect 4:01 p.m. on Sunday for Cleanfuel, and will take effect 6 a.m. on Tuesday, March 20, 2020 for all the rest.
Other firms have yet to make any announcements for the week.
According to the latest data available from the Department of Energy (DOE), year-to-date adjustments now stand at a net decrease of P9.35 per liter for gasoline, P11 for diesel, and P12.79 for kerosene. — RSJ, GMA News
