Gasoline, diesel, kerosene prices down Tuesday


Motorists will be greeted with cheaper pump prices of petroleum products this week.

In an advisory, Pilipinas Shell Petroleum Corporation said it will cut down prices per liter of gasoline by P0.30, diesel by P0.40, and kerosene by P0.35.

The changes will take effect 6:00 a.m. on Tuesday, January 28.

Other firms have yet to announce any adjustments for the week.

According to the latest data available from the Department of Energy (DOE), year-to-date adjustments stand at a net decrease of P0.95 for gasoline, P1.50 for diesel, and P1.64 for kerosene. — Jon Viktor D. Cabuenas/BM, GMA News
