Higher NLEX toll rates start Monday

Motorists plying the North Luzon Expressway (NLEX) will be greeted by heftier toll rates starting Monday, as the operator will increase rates by P0.25 per kilometer.

According to a report on GMA's "24 Oras Weekend," motorists will have to pay more as they pass the NLEX closed system or the segment from Marilao, Bulacan to Sta. Inez in Mabalacat, Pampanga.

This means that Class 1 vehicles will have to pay P19 more, Class 2 vehicles P46 more, and Class 3 vehicles P56 more.
