RED ALERT DECLARED ANEW
Mindanao grid on the verge of collapse – NGCP
The National Grid Corporation of the Philippines (NGCP) on Wednesday placed the Mindanao grid again on red alert as the contingency reserves fell back to 0 megawatts, saying it sees the possibility of the grid collapsing.
The red alert status runs from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.
