Red Ribbon opens store in Quezon Province as part of long-term tack
Bakeshop and restaurant chain Red Ribbon has opened a new branch in Gumaca, Quezon, its third in the province and 300th in the Philippines, as part of the company's long-term strategy.
"We continue to grow and identify communities we have not yet tapped to bring our products closer to the homes of Filipinos," Red Ribbon general manager Zinnia Rivera said in the statement.
Reaching every corner of the Philippines is part of Red Ribbon's long-term strategy, with the opening of the Gumaca branch allowing the chain to reach more Filipinos in Southern Luzon, Rivera added.
Red Ribbon began as a hobby-induced business in 1979 in the Timog area in Quezon City. It has since grown to be a business network under the chain of fast food restaurants, Jollibee Foods Corporation. – Raffy Cabristante/VS, GMA News
