Singapore brings full Taylor Swift experience with light and water show, other fan events at Marina Bay Sands

Catching Taylor Swift in Singapore? Marina Bay Sands (MBS) has a few fan events you may want to go to to make that trip super worth it.

From February 28 until March 7, MBS has a free light and water show inspired by The Eras Tour. Every 8pm and 9pm, visual projections, dancing fountain jets, and laser and lava effects will be sychronized to some of the American pop star's songs like Shake it Off, Style, and Cruel Summer.

According to MBS, the light and water show is best experienced at the lower deck of the event plaza. They are expecting throngs of fans, so MBS will only accept fans who have pre-registered. It's on a first-come-first served basis.

If you don't have a ticket, head down to the Waterfront Promenade where you can view the show.

Taylor Swift merch will also be made available with a retail pop-up at the Sands Expo and Convention Center Level 1, Hall C from 11am-9pm on Feb 29, March 1, 5-6; and from 11am-6pm on March 2-4 and 7-9.

Entrance is free, but like the light show, registration is required.

Among the merch you can buy are vinyls and apparel.

There is also an architectural light-up from Feb 28-Mar 7, where the iconic facade of MBS will be lit upon the thematic colors of Taylor Swift's Eras Tour between 7pm and 11pm.

Across The Shoppes at MS meanwhile are seven installations documenting Taylor Swift's extraordinary journey.

Singapore is the only Southeast Asian top that Taylor Swift will be doing for her top-selling Eras Tour. She is performing a total of six dates across two weekends beginning March 2.

Hungry for the full Taylor Swift experience? Filipino drag artist Taylor Sheesh is also bringing her Errors Tour to Singapore on March 16-17.
