Gabbi Garcia goes on a solo Japan trip: 'I am so proud of myself'

Gabbi Garcia is not one to fear solo traveling!

The "Unbreak My Heart" actress shared her virtual travel diaries as a first-time solo traveler through Instagram Stories on Tuesday.

On her first day in Osaka, Gabbi went on a food crawl, a museum tour, and visited the iconic spot in Dotonbori River where the Glico billboard was located.

Gabbi said the highlight of her recent trip was navigating her way to several locations on her own.

"Whenever I go to Japan, [I'd] usually depend on the people I'm with to navigate, especially when it comes to trains!)," she wrote.

"Today, I finally did it on my own, after [three] missed trains [and two] platform mishaps, I got to where I'm headed," she added. "I'm so proud of myself."

Gabbi currently stars in the historic series collaboration between GMA Network and ABS-CBN, "Unbreak My Heart."

According to Gabbi, her role as Alexandra on the show is her "most mature role" to date.

"Unbreak My Heart," starring Gabbi, Joshua Garcia, Jodi Sta. Maria, and Richard Yap airs Mondays to Thursdays on GMA Telebabad, Pinoy Hits, and I Heart Movies at 9:35 p.m. and 11:25 p.m. on GTV.
