Heart Evangelista went on a fun getaway to Balesin Island with her team!

On Instagram, Heart shared photos of herself on the plane and snapshots of her bonding moments with her team.

"[B]ack to my favorite," Heart wrote in the caption of her post.

In the photos, Heart and the rest of her team were seen having a great time over food and drinks.

Balesin is a special place for Heart and her husband Sorsogon Governor Chiz Escudero. It is where they tied the knot back in February 2015.
