PAL announces flights as low as P181 to mark 81st anniversary


CEBU — Philippine Airlines (PAL) has opened up to five million seats on sale with domestic flights costing as low as P181 to mark its 81st anniversary.

During a press conference in Shangri-la Mactan on Saturday, PAL introduced the "Open for You" Anniversary Seat Sale, saying it aims to bring travelers back to skies as tourist spots come back to life.

PAL also offers international flights for as low as $81 or around P4,300.

The sale will run until March 21 and will be available through their sales channels, partner agencies, and website.

“[This] is a great opportunity for all to take that much awaited vacation, reunite with loved ones and seize the fun and enriching experiences traveling bridges,” said Ria Domingo, PAL Vice President for Marketing.

PAL’s Anniversary Seat Sale is just one of the flag carrier’s offers to mark its “comeback year.” Recently, it introduced more than 1,500 additional flights, which poses a 52% increase in their expansion globally. —JCB, GMA News
