Nueva Ecija hills feature New Zealand-like scenery

There’s a place in Nueva Ecija that looks straight out of New Zealand.

According to Chino Gaston’s “24 Oras” report Friday, tourists and mountain bikers have been flocking to Colosboa Hills in Cuyapo, a vast, mountainous, and lush field of greens and meadows.

Apart from its trail that is perfect for hikers, it also offers a scenic overlooking view of Nueva Ecija’s plains.

For the more adventurous tourists, its mountain bike trail features a 3-km competition course.

“Shempre kelangan ko rin ng exercise, 63 na ko eh,” said mountain biker Gil Lazaro. “Kaya dito ang hilig ko pumunta kasi maaliwalas, presko ang hangin, tapos maganda yung trail.”

Only full vaccinated guests are allowed at Colosboa Hills. Visitors are required to bring their IDs and vaccination cards at all times because local government inspectors are also in the area. – RC, GMA News
