5 things you need to do in beautiful Zamboanga City

This beautiful slice of paradise located in the Zamboanga Peninsula is home to many cultural treasures that go as far back as the pre-Colonial era.

After that, you can have a look around Zamboanga's colorful Yakan Village, where tourists can get authentic woven goodies and even experience weaving first-hand.

You can also walk the coraline sands of the Great Santa Cruz Island located just a few kilometers off the city proper.

You might even fall in love with Zamboanga City before you even get there, just by crossing the majestic Limpapa Bridge which connects Zamboanga del Sur to Zamboanga del Norte.
