Tinapa recipes, anyone? Residents of Bulakan, Bulacan have a few to share

Tinapa is among the staple dishes in a Filipino household, but there's more than one way of preparing it.

Residents of Barangay Pitpitan in Bulakan, Bulacan showed the Unang Hirit team a couple of other recipes that you can try to spice up the classic dish, like tortang tinapa and sinigang na tinapa.

Tinapa is the main source of livelihood of the people in Brgy. Pitpitan, and they provide the majority of the tinapa supply in Bulacan.

Because we are in peak Lent and Holy Week is right around the corner, we're thinking it's best to have a few more fish dishes up our sleeves.
